All of our devices are extensively tested to ensure the top levels of quality for our users. Devices always state their designated condition which is graded between A, B and C these grades make sure that all our customers understand the condition of the device they will be receiving.

Grade A* - Exceptional condition with almost no signs of usage.

Grade A - Very light, minor signs of usage which may include very small marks or very light                           scratches which are hardly visible.

Grade B - Moderate signs of wear and tear but overall in good condition.

​

Grade C - The item will have signs of cosmetic wear and tear which may include larger                                   scratches, scuffs and chips, dents and marks.
